100 Strong is a fundraising organization and a giving circle that brings people together to make a big impact through small, intentional donations. Each quarter, members donate $100 and vote to award the collected funds to one local nonprofit.
Nope! You're welcome to attend a meeting even if you're not a member. We just ask that you donate $100. Guests are always encouraged to come see what we're about!
Joining means you're committing to donate $100 per quarter to fund our collective gift to the selected nonprofit. You'll also receive updates, member-only announcements, and voting privileges at each meeting.
Each meeting begins with networking and a cash bar from 6:00-6:30 PM, followed by dinner and the program at 6:30. You'll hear from three nominated local nonprofits, then cast your vote electronically by scanning a QR code – right from your phone. The winning nonprofit is immediately announced! We also provide comment cards at every meeting and encourage your feedback to help us grow and improve.
Yes. Our quarterly gatherings include a buffet-style meal at Oak Lodge, and the cost is $49 per person. You'll prepay online when your RSVP to secure your spot. RSVPs help us provide an accurate headcount and ensure a great experience for everyone attending.
Yes! Members can nominate local 501(c)(3) nonprofits each quarter. Three are selected to present at the meeting.
That's okay! You will still be able to mail a check or donate online! 100 Strong will send a follow-up email after each meeting announcing the winner along with instructions on how to make a donation.
100% of your donation goes directly to the nonprofit chosen by member vote. 100 Strong is a registered 501(c)(3) that simply facilitates the process.
The selected nonprofit receives the pooled donations, a large check presentation, and social media recognition. All three presenting nonprofits receive two weeks of digital billboard exposure donated by Media Choice (3 billboards each), plus a chance to share upgoing events with our community.
Yes! Because 100 Strong is a registered nonprofit, your $100 donations are fully tax-deductible.
Absolutely. Some members choose to give additional funds or match donations. You can also give on behalf of your business, family, or in memory of someone.
Yes! If you'd like to give more than your $100 donation that goes to the voted nonprofit, you can make an additional donation to any of the other presenting nonprofits. Just let us know, and we'll help you direct your gift.
